Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.  The candidate must possess a valid mark sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

Age Limit:

Minimum: 20 years   Maximum: 30 years

i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both dates inclusive)

IBPS PO Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern:

The structure of the IBPS PO Recruitment 2024 examinations which will be conducted online are as follows:

Important Points:

Penalty For Wrong Answers:

There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Cut-off:

Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for an interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview.

MARKS OBTAINED IN THE ONLINE MAIN EXAMINATION ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR SHORTLISTING FOR INTERVIEW AND ALSO FOR FINAL MERIT LISTING.

Scores:

  • The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using the equi-percentile method.
  • Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for calculations.
